Shipping policy

At Prints Jackson, we work hard to package and ship your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Most ready-made items are processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items may take 5–14 business days depending on the size, detail, design time, and print schedule.

If your order requires approval of a design, mockup, color, or size, processing time may begin after approval is received.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the carrier and delivery location. Most orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after they are shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on select products.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require extra time for design, approval, printing, finishing, painting, assembly, or curing before shipment.

We will do our best to give an estimated timeline before production begins.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.

Prints Jackson is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

We will do our best to help, but Prints Jackson is not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delays after shipment.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping

At this time, Prints Jackson may only ship within the United States, unless international shipping is specifically offered at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges.
