At Prints Jackson, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us so we can make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized 3D prints
  • Custom-sized items
  • Custom colors
  • Made-to-order designs
  • Customer-requested modifications
  • Items made from a customer’s photo, file, logo, idea, or specific request

Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or processing has started.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once design work, printing, or production has begun.
