• Custom orders are final once production begins
• Design previews (if provided) must be approved before printing
• Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations if the product matches the approved design.

3. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the rights to any designs they submit.

By submitting a file or idea, you confirm that:
• You own the rights OR
• You have permission to use the design

Prints Jackson is not liable for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Shipping

• Processing times vary depending on order complexity
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once items are handed to the carrier
• Incorrect shipping information is the responsibility of the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders are non-refundable
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

7. Product Use Disclaimer

3D printed items may not be suitable for:
• High heat environments
• Heavy structural loads unless specified

Use products at your own risk. Prints Jackson is not liable for misuse or improper application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prints Jackson shall not be held liable for:
